We chose Mike because of his responsiveness during our internet search. He got right to work setting us up with a lender for pre-qualification. We had a 3 day window to look at condos and have Mike a list of 5 or 6 to see. He has a great knowledge of the Siesta Key/ Longboat Key area and we saw each condo requested. We picked one and Mike gave us great comps and advice on an offer within the day. by the next day the offer was accepted. Mike has a great network and within 10 days the loan, inspections and even most repairs with the condo folks were accomplished. I felt like we were his priority the whole time. We closed in 30 days. Michael came recommended by a friend. Since we are new to area we needed to look at a lot of communities before knowing where we wanted to end up. Michael quickly fidgeted out what our priorities were even though they were different that we originally thought. When not with us he recommend pod we Drive through the community where we ended up buying. The house was a for sale by owner, but he stuck with us through negotiations and closing.
During the closing phase, Michael was critical! There so many inspections, surveys, walk throughs, insurance, etc to coordinate and schedule of which he scheduled many. He also had great referrals for us where we needed them.
